If you are Premium or Corporate user, you can protect folders, either local, shared in the company´s Intranet or in a cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OwnCloud, One Drive, etc.
You just need to “Protonize the folder”, set its permissions. After that, all files copied into the folder will be automatically protected with the perimssions defined for the folder. Existing files will also be immediately protected.
Please bear in mind that cloud folders take some time to sync. If you are protecting a big size folder with a lot of files, it is best that you do the protection process locally before you sync it with the cloud service. In this way you will avoid copying the files twice, in clear and protected.
