If you are Premium user can edit protected PDF from any device. You can do Bookmarks, Highlights, Notes… etc
If you use Windows system, you can install Prot-On Addin for Foxit Reader. When you upgrade to Premium, click the Prot-On icon in the notification bar of your PC, select Addins, and install the Foxit Addin.
If you are Mac Os, iPhone or Android user you can also add annotations in protected files without losing the protection.
