If you can’t open a protected Office file (word, excel, powerpoint…) with Prot-On installed in your PC. It could be because you don’t have the Office Addin installed.
Click the Prot-On icon in the notification bar of your PC, select preferences > addins, and install o repair Microsoft Office Addin.
